Southeast Annadale

Right near Blue Heron Park on the South Shore of Staten Island rests an enclave known as Southeast Annadale. Annadale was named after Anna Seguine, “a descendant of French Huguenots who were among some of the South Shore’s earliest settlers”. Southeast Annadale is a highly affluent area that is home to Staten Island’s desirable Nicolosi Drive, which has many newly constructed mansions and is populated with many privately owned estates. Many of the other mansions and large homes in SE Annadale are newly constructed center hall colonials. The area has easy and convenient access to Hylan Boulevard, which has many eateries, retail stores and supermarkets. It also houses the highly regarded Saint Joseph by the Sea High School that is a Christian, community school in which its residents take a lot of pride. The community is close in proximity to New Jersey and is has a lot of lush greenery to admire. When one is living in South East Annadale; they are living in the lap of luxury.
