Don Arangio is an artist and filmmaker based in Staten Island's St. George area. As one of many artists in the burgeoning NYC hot-spot, Arangio has been taking advantage of the stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, which are available to many homes and apartments in the area.
By utilizing the unique perspective available in his neighborhood, the young director has created a series of viral videos and gorgeous photographs, including the one shown above of the Staten Island Ferry at the end of a rainbow. He's also created short films that have gone viral (and got him some goodies from Dairy Queen, which was prominently featured)
